Shipping Policies

Our shipping department can usually process orders up to 3PM EST Monday through Friday. Call us if you have a rush shipment near the end of the business day and we'll do our best to get it out. uses UPS, FedEx and USPS to ship most products. Any claims regarding your shipment must be filed with FastoolNow within 3 business days of delivery. Claims filed after that time may not be honored.

Should your items arrive damaged - it is important that you refuse the shipment and indicate to the driver that the shipment is damaged.

Chemical Anchor, Fomo Foam, "Trakfast" Style Fuel Cells Shipping Notes: These products can only be shipped using a ground shipping method. Because of the chemicals involved in these products, they cannot be shipped via any air method. To expedite shipping we will sometimes have the order shipped from one of the manufacturers warehouses around the country whenever possible.

Shipping Promotions - FastoolNow ships Free Shipping items the most economical way using USPS, FedEx or UPS. Delivery for Free Shipping items is usually in about a week. These promotions are limited to items below 140lbs, and which meet certain size and packaging constraints. Items that cannot be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground do not qualify for these promotions. Freight & Truck Line shipments are not Ground shipping.

*Free Shipping does not apply to Alaska and Hawaii or outside of the USA. We reserve the right to use to use FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.

Privacy Policy does not share any customer data or information outside of the company except where necessary to ship product to you, and to complete credit card transactions. Additionally, confidential information like your credit card, is deleted from our systems once your transaction with us is complete.

Email addresses are protected and not shared with any outside agency. We occasionally do send out email specials and coupons to our customers in order to notify you of special sales and promotions that we are running.

Return Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after you receive your order. In order for us to be able to accept your return, your items must be in good condition, and be in the original packaging. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. If you need to return an item which was purchased from us and it drop-shipped from the manufacturer, please give us a call. We will find out if we can accept the item from you or if the item needs to be returned directly to the manufacturer. We charge a 15% restocking fee for returns on all reels (Reelcraft, Coxreels, Hannay and GRACO). This restock fee on reels is necessary because we return the reels to the manufacturer and they charge us a 15% restock fee also. Generally, we do not charge a restock fee for items (except reels) that are unused and still in the original box.

Damaged/Non-Working Items

If you receive an item and it is damaged, not working or missing parts you may:
Bring the item to your local Service Center. This option will usually be the quickest way to solve your issues. Service Centers can usually provide parts and/or service on the spot and get your tool working in no time. For a list of the nearest Service Centers, please visit the web site of your tool's manufacturer. Return the item to us.

Within 30 days of the purchase date, we will gladly process an exchange of damaged/non-working merchandise.

How to Return An Item:

To return an item, please call our customer service department at 1-888-654-8898 to arrange a return or use the contact form on our homepage. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs on non-defective items, unless damaged in shipment.

Packing and Sending Your Return:

When getting your item ready to send back, please make sure that the item meets the following guidelines:

The item is in its original box and original packaging
The product is securely packaged to avoid damage
The product is sent with all of its parts and manuals
*Please ship your return using a trackable shipment method.

Orders Policy reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason.

Items which meet certain size and packaging constraints qualify for free ground shipping on orders over $299.
Promotion does not apply to freight/truck-line or oversized items.
